A self-proclaimed ‘conscious hedonist’.I’m all about squeezing the most out of life, whilst being authentic and loving with ourselves, our community and our planet.What lights me up is working with people. What brings us joy. What gets in the way of connection. How we can make the most of this 'one wild and precious life'?After more than a decade in the world of business, I realised that my favourite way to work with people was on the topics of sex, intimacy and relationships.And it turns out, there's a decent amount of overlap between running a workshop for private equity CEOs and running a BDSM workshop at Burning Man..!Today, my work lives at the intersection of the erotic and the everyday - helping people reconnect with their bodies, desires, and authentic expression - with equal parts play and depth.

It's not really about sex...

Dance. Business. Sport. Nature. Meditation. Festivals. They’re all ways to meet parts of ourselves.My work draws on lessons from all of these......using sex, intimacy and our closest relationships as a doorway to our richest, most connected life.This work is about:

Sex Club
(but not like that)

So many women I've talked to about 'Sex Club' (a small women's group I run) have asked to be part of it. It's so hard to say no, I want to talk about sex with all these incredible women! So...I'm excited to launch a more inclusive format that allows us to build community around sex and intimacy - a place to learn, share, and play together.

About me

I've always enjoyed having my feet in different worlds. On one side I was always the 'good girl' and A student - I loved school, studied Economics at Oxford University and went straight to into the rat race of strategy consulting then private equity in London. And then there are many other sides - the outdoor adventurer, the hippie, the raver, the attention seeker, the slut - maybe not all in the way you assume! My friends (and actually many of my colleagues) know me for hosting 'pimps & hoes' house parties as a teenager (I'm not sure it's PC to admit that now?), organising 100 person ski trips, and always trying to start a massage exchange or spanking booth at a party.Right now I'm very excited to be stepping in to a career as a sex, intimacy and relationship coach. I've completed my core training with Somatica® and am studying for their full certification. I am also completing the Urban Tantra professional training with Barbara Carrellas.I've been influenced by many other trainings, events and reading over the last 10 years - authentic relating and circling, sensual massage, non violent communication, the Wheel of Consent, amongst others.I also have to acknowledge my dear friend, and ex partner of 12 years, for all that he taught me and that we learnt together.I'm excited to discuss all topics regarding sex, intimacy and relationships but areas of particular personal interest include long term relationships, non traditional relationship structures, and exploring kink and tantra.

My why

I used to imagine my purpose would lie in something like sustainability, regenerative business or healthcare - something that felt obviously world-changing. But life has a funny way of revealing where we’re truly called. For me, it turned out that working with sexuality, pleasure, and relationships is just as aligned with my values about making the world a better place.I believe that if we really allow ourselves to embrace intimacy and connection we start living more authentically and sustainably. When we can access our own inner pleasure we don't need to buy as much stuff just to fill the void. When we truly love ourselves, we can also love others and our planet and treat them all with care and respect. So in the end, I really feel that this work is world changing.I also love being a bridge between worlds—whether that’s introducing people who’d never think of attending a tantra workshop to these practices in a language they understand, or just helping people shed shame and embrace all parts of themselves. For me, this work is about joy, about being fully alive, and about creating a more loving and connected world, one intimate conversation at a time.
